We are seeking an Operations Manager with a flair for the SME environment who lives for the thrill of turning ‘dream’ projects into reality. Someone who can instinctively see what needs doing, rolls up their sleeves and just gets it done.

Your commercial business mind naturally takes control and ‘mediocre’ isn’t part of your vocabulary.  

Based in the southern suburbs of Sydney’s, you’ll find yourself at the helm of a team who are laser-focused on making a substantial impact on their industry. This business doesn’t do things by halves! 

In this role you won’t just be ticking off to-do lists, you’ll be proactive in mapping out and executing the Director’s BIG growth plans. 

You’ll be the glue that holds the entire business together, overseeing everything from day-to-day operations, financial support, HR processes (onboarding, employee development and performance planning), to some of the bigger picture process improvements.

This position holds a lot of weight in ensuring the business is on track, profitable, compliant and operating at it’s best at all times. Think of yourself as the conductor of an orchestra – bringing different sections together to create one cohesive performance.

Whether it’s managing financial reports, streamlining systems, prepping for annual audits, or keeping the director in the loop with actionable insights you’ll have a hand in every aspect of the business.

Overseeing the wider team, you’ll also be the go-to for training and support, ensuring processes are followed, policies are up-to-date and the team have what they need to succeed.

There’s a focus on continuous improvement therefore you’ll be identifying areas for growth, implementing new systems and driving positive change.

The ideal person for this role? Someone who can handle direct communication with ease, pivot quickly when priorities shift and keep a level head under pressure.
