This is rare opportunity to work with a premium, boutique sized business who has an incredible reputation within the cosmetic surgery industry.
Located in Wollongong, with a premium Medispa in Bowral, the practice has experienced impressive growth since opening their doors 8 years ago.
The business shows no signs of slowing down and they are now searching for a ‘One of a Kind’ Senior Receptionist/Practice Coordinator to take the wheel, drive small business operations and create positive client experiences.
This is a dynamic role which will see you support the business in Wollongong with the occasional trip to Bowral as the Medispa grows.
You’ll be working closely with the Practice Manager, business Director and a number of consulting surgeons to ensure that the business continues to stay well ahead of its competitors.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing untouchable customer service – you are the face and voice of the business and must ensure that you guide clients through an engaging and supportive journey as well as after-care support.
- Supporting the surgeons with any administration they require.
- Streamlining processes to ensure the business runs as smoothly as possible.
- Taking care of medicare rebates, processing payments, chasing debtors and managing all booking.
- Ordering stock, stationary and various medical consumables.
- Managing the after care process for all patients – offering regular support and contact for any questions.
- Supporting the Practice Manager with basic marketing tasks, social media marketing, branding and creating content.
Whilst there will be daily routine tasks, each day will bring new challenges. You have plenty of initiative, plenty of common sense and love problem solving. Your proactive attitude ensure you always make a positive impact.
Prior medical reception or admin experience will allow you to hit the ground running however, if you’ve gained your experience elsewhere they are open to training the right person.
You’ll possess a fantastic sense of humour, happy disposition and be 100% driven to create positive experiences for everyone you come into contact with. Attitude is everything!
