Although the business has 30,000 employees across Australia, the HQ has a close-knit feel and you’ll be working alongside a team of other wonderful EA’s.

This is a fantastic position if you love being the glue that holds everything together, enjoy creating processes and procedures to streamline your exec’s day, and thrive when establishing yourself as a true right hand, business partner.

  • Create presentations, documents and other materials for SLT meetings and committees
  • Wider support to 6 direct reports on an adhoc basis when required
  • Be proactive with highly confidential business projects, not only acting as a sounding board but using your commercial acumen to offer input when appropriate

After all, you are representing not only the company brand but the personal brand of your Executive.

Prior experience supporting an Executive in the People space is highly desired.

To flourish in this position, you’ll be a mature-minded, seasoned professional who can confidently offer value to an accomplished Executive. You will be quick, sharp, tech-savvy and ideally come with experience in a large, listed business to truly understand the matrix of operations.

Your warmth and confidence is always remembered and people enjoy partnering with you. You take pride in making the wheels turn smoothly and you absolutely love ticking things off your list.
