Executive Assistant:

  • EA supporting 2 Executive General Managers
  • Full diary, inbox, meeting and travel management
  • Previous experience with the Google Suite highly desired
  • Global business, great culture and supportive team
  • North Shore location close to the station and public parking

Team Assistant:

  • Supporting 3 Senior Directors 
  • Household brand with global presence 
  • Energetic, positive and driven attitude required
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Inner City location with parking

Business Manager / Operations Manager

  • Manage daily operations of a successful business in the Real Estate investment sector
  • Oversee a team of 14 and take over HR components 
  • Be the go-to for the Owner/Director – Assist with a broad range of business management duties to support with the growth of the  organisation
  • Eastern suburbs, close to public transport

Client Care Coordinator:

  • Process high volume orders through SAP
  • Experience with SAP or Zendesk high desired
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • North Ryde location with free parking on-site
