Would you like to work for a business that is focused on providing exceptional support to client and community projects by combining evidence and expertise, whilst also having some fun along the way?

Based in modern CBD offices (nearest train station is Town Hall), this collective of talented Project Managers work with peak bodies to build clarity and direction when tackling challenges across urban spaces. It’s extremely interesting work and having placed people with this business in the past, we’ve gained feedback to say they’re exceptional at what they do.

This role will be multi-faceted and include providing executive assistance to the founder, as well as a broad range of operational and administrative tasks to keep the engine room of the business humming.

The day to day…

  • Providing EA support to the Director – coordinating meetings and travel, overseeing confidential project work and taking care of a broad range of operational support tasks.
  • Project management support – maintain data of projects across lifecycle from inception through to close, provide status reporting and accurate document management.
  • Assisting the teams with maintaining prospect lists, submission of proposals and providing input into procurement documents.
  • Assisting with HR matters including managing staff leave, coordinating birthdays and social activities, training requirements and review processes to constantly ensure best practice.
  • Oversee all external service providers including IT, maintenance and company certifications as maintained.
  • Whilst you won’t be solely responsible for writing activities, the ability to have input into submissions and tenders (eg word changes, proofreading and overseeing correct grammar/spelling) will be required therefore superior english communication skills are a must.

You’re a born leader and constantly strive for continuous improvement in everything you do. You’re super organised, can see projects through from start to finish and love ticking things off your list.

Being commercially minded and focused on delivering exceptional work ensures you are always providing 5 star service, not only to clients, but everyone you work with.

You love working as part of a team however, can also drive your own day and are focused on outcomes. This business offers a flexible work arrangement of a minimum of 2 days in the office (3 WFH) which is becoming rare in this market. They are seeking a mature minded individual who can see their vision and help execute their plans not only in the short term however, as the years roll on.
