Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries and calendars for senior executives
  • Organise detailed travel itineraries, visa applications, and handle expenses
  • Facilitate meetings, including minute-taking and agenda composition
  • Perform highly confidential administrative duties
  • Compose, edit, and review confidential correspondence
  • Compile statistical information, reports, and presentations
  • Undertake office management and other secretarial duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Career-driven or ‘up and coming’ EA’s looking for an international adventure
  • No industry-specific requirements, but a deep understanding of large multi-layered, matrix-style organisations (e.g., Big Four, Banking, Large Energy/Infrastructure, Global Law) is essential
