We have partnered with a forward-thinking, progressive client, who is looking for a dynamic Client Service & Proposal Administrator to join their incredible team.

Based in the CBD, this Consulting firm is rapidly growing and have almost tripled in size in the past two years. They are led by a fantastic Business Manager who encourages accountability and the opportunity to make the role your own. In exchange for your incredible work ethic and drive, you will be rewarded with a 9-day fortnight and the extra annual leave days (51 days off in total – what a treat!).

The role of Client Service & Proposal Administrator will see you support a team of expert consultants to win work across the business. 

If you already have a few years of administration experience under your belt, a natural disposition for building relationships and a passion to deliver 12/10 customer service, then you could be stepping into this fantastic business in no time! 

The day to day…

  • Collaborate with the Consulting Team to manage the development of client proposals on Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
  • Ensure proposals are 110% accurate – you’ll be working on up to 50 a week!
  • Client follow-up – call each and every client a week after the proposals have been sent out.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to talk them through the process and answer any questions they may have.
  • Be the key point of contact between new clients and consultants.
  • Eye for design – format and layout each proposal to a highly professional standard.
  • Track and input all new jobs onto the system – if you’ve used Workflow Max before, that will get us really excited!
  • Any ad-hoc administration that comes your way.

What do we need from you?

While this role does entail some of the basics, it is definitely not an entry-level position. You will need to have a strong initiative and plenty of drive, take pride in your work, and have outstanding customer service!

You’ll also be a whizz with the MS Office Suite (we need advanced MS Word), and Adobe InDesign experience will see you stand out from the crowd.
