Working within a collaborative team as a Client Service Coordinator, you will become the go-to point of contact for a range of clients. You will be involved with assisting and delivering projects, providing a client-focused service by understanding client needs and problem-solving, as well as all things administration! Essentially you are the glue that keeps things together.

So what will this involve on a daily basis?

  • Administer and manage projects for clients
  • Track, manage, and communicate progress on all projects to clients
  • Coordinate schedules using appropriate systems and ensure notes are accurate and up to date
  • Build strong client relationships 
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  • Volunteer and participate in business initiatives
  • General team assistance and administration
