2021 has been a year of exponential growth for the team, and with an abundance of new and existing partners knocking on their door, they are in need of a Business Development Executive / Account Manager (formal title: Leadership Advisor) to guide and educate as many business leaders as possible on their range of solutions. 

With a focus on providing untouchable client service, you will be nurturing a portfolio of pre-existing clients as well as developing warm leads – a sales role with no cold calling?! Where do I sign up I hear you say!

You will be consistently building strong, trusting relationships and advising clients with your consultative selling approach. You are invested in their journey and understand the outcomes they are looking to achieve.

The day to day…

  • Consultative selling – engage with various stakeholders at all leadership levels to craft tailored solutions
  • Develop and write enticing proposals and presentations
  • Evolve your sales strategy to advance potential opportunities and prospects
  • Manage commercial documents and contracts with your clients
  • Update and maintain CRM and systems
  • Account management – construct disciplined call cycles and client visits

What we need from you!

Starting with an absolute non-negotiable… We need someone who prides themselves on bringing THE BEST version of themselves to work every day. It’s ALL about attitude. You’re known for having a positive outlook that never falters, and an unrivalled work ethic because you’re proud of the outcomes you achieve. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are ingrained in you – trust me, you can’t do this role without them!

You will have previous Sales / Account Management experience, coupled with exposure to Consulting / HR / Leadership Development and ideally a relevant degree (preferred). Your ability to grow meaningful relationships and display your credibility within the industry will see you flourish in this role.
